Company and Customer Policies
The employees and managers at Living Well Designs do not practice discrimination against any group concerning disabilities, race, creed, gender, sexual orientation or national origin. Living Well Designs reserves the right to initially refuse service to anyone based on the Christian principles on which this organization was founded.
Diversity
Living Well Designs works with a highly developed and streamlined method of creating original databases and web sites. For this reason, we do not maintain other existing systems or sites, nor do we host or service those other sites or systems products. To do so would compromise our ability to best serve our client base.

Every customer, past, present and future can expect to be treated with respect from all members of the Living Well team. Anyone who feels they have been mistreated in any way by an employee or manager at Living Well can send an e-mail message with that complaint directly to Lawrence Hughes, the company president at lawrence.hughes@howareyouliving.com
Refunds
Payments
Living Well prefers payment through the Pay Online link at the upper left of this page using any major credit or debit card. However, personal or company checks for initial payments for design fees, logo charges and monthly fees will also be accepted. To begin work, Living Well must be in receipt of a signed Customer Service Agreement (see a sample) and one payment equal to 50% or more of the full initial fee.

Monthly payments are pre-pay dollars for the 30 days following that payment. All regular monthly payments are to be made within five (5) calendar days from the due date. Any payments made after day nine (9) will incur a late fee of $10.00. 30 days of non-pay will result in blocking of service functionality preceding disconnection on day 35.
Refunds are honored under specific circumstances. Initial fees such as logo design, site design, and  e-commerce setup fees, are refundable. Written request must be received within 15 days following the initial payment. The refund  will be distributed 30 days from the initial payment. See your invoice for details on which fees are considered "initial."

Refunds are also honored regarding regular monthly charges under specific conditions. Since there are no binding agreements between Living Well and its customers, service can be voluntarily discontinued by the customer at any time. After a monthly (not annual or quarterly) payment has been made, a refund will be in order for any unused days remaining in that same month. The refund will be distributed within 30 days of the last payment.
